To be eligible to apply for FEBS constituent societies member registration fee, participant should be an active member of a society before registration. The list of FEBS constituent societies is available here:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- To request a Congress registration cancellation, please contact us at office@febs3belgrade.com
- For Congress registration cancellations made until 23rd August 2025, a 50% refund is applicable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations from 24th August 2025.
